Company Policy

All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. Unless other arrangements have been made or agreed upon. 

24-hour notice will guarantee you a full refund of your deposit. 

Clients that break the 24-hour cancellation policy will be required to pay a fee of $50.00. 

Payments for service are to be made in cash or by bank transfer to our HSBC account. If transferring from the Bank Of Butterfield or Clarien, proof of payment must be provided. 

We DO NOT accept payment by cheque or debit and credit cards.
